      选取主要、典型的影响因素作为评价指标建立再生水综合发展评价指标体系,利用博弈论的思想将基于序数的层次分析法和改进熵权法求得的评价指标主客观权重进行线性组合,使用分级模糊综合评价模型评价了再生水综合发展水平,再利用灰色关联度分析法分析了各评价指标敏感性。将所提模型和方法应用于洛阳市再生水综合发展评价和敏感性分析,结果表明洛阳市全市、城区和县城的再生水综合发展水平均为良等级,城区的再生水综合发展水平优于全市和县城,评价结果与实际情况相符;洛阳市再生水综合发展的敏感性指标主要为经济指标和社会指标,包括GDP、工业总产值、生态环境用水量、污水处理水平等,该结果为洛阳市再生水综合发展规划提供了一定的参考。
英文摘要:
      Because the comprehensive development level of reclaimed water is affected by many factors, the important and typical influence factors are used as the evaluation indexes to establish the comprehensive development index system of the reclaimed water. The improved entropy weight method is combined with the ordinal based analytic hierarchy process by using game theory to empower the index system. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the reclaimed water. The sensitivity of the evaluation indexes is carried out with the gray relational analysis method on the premise that the evaluation results have been acquired. Finally, the evaluation model and analysis method are applied to the evaluation of the reclaimed water in Luoyang City. The results indicate the comprehensive development level of the reclaimed water in the whole city, urban and county of Luoyang is the evaluation level "B". The results are really consistent with the realistic situation. The sensitivity indexes of the comprehensive development of the reclaimed water in Luoyang is mainly economic indicators and social indicators, including GDP, industrial output value, ecological environment water consumption, sewage treatment level and so on. The results provide a certain reference for the development of the recycled water in Luoyang City.
