      根据皖北及其周边的16个气象站点1961~2013年每日降水数据,利用SSPI指数和夏季长周期旱涝急转指数,分析了皖北年降水量时空变化、旱涝发生频率的空间分布特征及旱涝急转规律。结果表明,皖北的年降水量呈微弱的减少趋势,呈现出从西北向东南递增的趋势;皖北干旱与洪涝在不同时间尺度下分布较为均匀,呈现出反复交替出现的情况。从时间尺度看,秋季为旱涝高发时期;从空间尺度看,淮北、宿州、蚌埠为秋季干旱高发区,阜阳、宿州为春季洪涝高发区;旱涝急转事件均为旱转涝事件,在2000年之后旱涝急转事件具有更高的发生频率,占53年中旱涝急转次数的40%。

      Based on the data of precipitation supported by 16 meteorological stations in Northern Anhui and its surrounding area, standard precipitation index and long cycle drought flood abrupt alternation index were used to analyze the tendency and spatial temporal variation of the annual precipitation, the spatial distribution characteristics of drought flood frequency and the characteristics of the abrupt alternations of drought flood in Northern Anhui. The results show that the annual precipitation appears a weak downward trend; precipitation generally appears upward trend from the northwest to southeast. The distribution of drought flood in different time scales is relatively uniform, and it appears alternately in Northern Anhui. The autumn is drought flood peak period; from the spatial scales, Huaibei, Suzhou, Bengbu are high incidence zone of autumn drought; Fuyang and Suzhou is high incidence zone of spring floods. All the abrupt alternations of drought flood are from drought to flood. After the 2000s, the frequency of the abrupt alternations of drought flood increased significantly. It accounted for 40% of the total number of the abrupt alternations of drought flood in 53 years.
