      为准确定位500 kV变压器直流电阻超标缺陷发生的位置,并分析其产生原因,结合湖南省某实际500 kV变压器低压绕组直流电阻超标缺陷案例,采用直流电阻测试仪,分段测量开箱后的变压器低压套管和绕组,排除了绕组损坏、螺栓和将军帽接触不良的情况。通过对套管与绕组连接分段测量,判定缺陷原因为套管底部黄铜与紫铜存在间隙且充满油膜,清除油膜并恢复接触后直流电阻合格。本次缺陷处理过程可为变压器例行检测试验提供参考,有利于缺陷定位和隐患排查。

      In order to accurately locate the position of the 500 kV transformer DC resistance exceeding the standard defect, and analyze the causes of the fault, combined with the actual 500 kV transformer low voltage winding DC resistance exceeding the standard defect case, the DC resistance tester was used to measure the transformer low voltage after the unpacking. Bushings and windings eliminate the damage of the windings, poor contact between the bolts and the cap. Through the segmentation measurement of the casing and the winding connection, the cause of the defect is determined by the gap between the brass and the copper at the bottom of the casing and filled with the oil film, and the DC film is qualified after the oil film is removed and the contact is restored. This defect processing process can provide reference for routine testing of transformers, which is beneficial to defect location and hidden danger investigation.
