      冬季北方地区的混凝土衬砌渠道常受到基土的冻胀作用而发生破坏,从而导致水利工程不能正常发挥作用。以黑龙江蛤蟆通灌区为原型渠道,采用ANSYS有限元软件,对不同厚度保温板方案下渠道衬砌的温度及位移量进行数值模拟分析。结果表明,假设冻土为横观各向同性材料,数值模拟结果能较好地反映原型渠道的冻胀变位结果;黑龙江蛤蟆通灌区的保温板厚度在渠坡10 cm、渠底12 cm的情况下防冻胀效果好,且经济合理。研究结果为保温防冻设计中保温板厚度选取提供借鉴。

      In the northern part of winter, the concrete lining is often damaged by the freezing of the soil, which causes the water conservancy to fail to function properly. Combining with Heilongjiang Hamatong irrigation area, ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the temperature and the displacement of channel lining under different thickness of insulation board. The results show that suppose the frozen soil is transversely isotropic material, the numerical simulation results can well reflect frost heaving deformation of the prototype channel; When the thickness of insulation board in the Heilongjiang Hamatong irrigation area is 10 cm in the canal slope and 12 cm at the bottom of the canal, the antifreezing effect is good, economic and reasonable. The research results provide a reference for the selection of insulation plate thickness in design of heat preservation and antifreezing.
