      彭水水电站库区的沿河县城防洪安全受多个因素的影响,为了确定沿河县城防洪调度的主要影响因素和控制条件,通过建立彭水水电站渐变恒定流回水计算模型,对比分析了彭水水电站坝前水位、沙沱水电站拦蓄流量、沙沱至彭水区间来水等因素对沿河县城处回水水位的影响。结果表明,沙沱水电站下泄流量是最主要的影响因素,利用沙沱水电站的拦蓄作用控制下泄流量能更好地保障沿河县城防洪安全,为沿河县城防洪调度提供技术支撑。

      Flood control safety in Yanhe County in the reservoir area of Pengshui Hydropower Station is affected by many factors. In order to determine the main control conditions for flood control and dispatching in Yanhe County, a gradient constant flow of Pengshui Hydropower Station water calculation model was used. The influence of factors such as the water level in front of the dam at Pengshui hydropower station, the effect of outflow of Shatuo hydropower station and the impact of interval water flow between Shatuo and Pengshui on the backwater level of the rivers along the county is analyzed. The results show that the discharge of Shatuo Hydropower Station is the most important factor, and use Shatuo Hydropower Station to control the discharge will better protect Yanhe Country form flood, which will provide technical support for flood control and management.
