      以某250 MW抽水蓄能机组为例,开展了水轮机工况甩负荷、水泵工况断电等典型大波动过渡过程试验,验证了机组最大转速、蜗壳最大水压及尾水进口真空度等关键指标均满足设计要求,以水轮机工况甩额定负荷试验实测数据为基础计算的机组转动惯量满足设计值要求。针对水泵断电过程中机组出现反转的问题,通过优化导叶关闭规律改善了其动态调节品质,并分析了甩负荷过程中水流压力脉动的内在规律。将过渡过程中关键技术参数的现场实测数据与仿真计算结果进行对比分析,表明两者吻合度较高。

      Arrangement of measuring points and test content for the typical large fluctuations transient process tests of a certain 250 MW pumped storage unit such as load rejection under turbine and pump operation conditions were introduced. The test results show that the key indicators such as the maximum speed of unit, the maximum water pressure of volute and the vacuum degree at the inlet of draft tube meet the design value. The measured value which based on test data of rated load shedding under turbine operation condition meet the design value of moment of inertia. The closing law of guide vanes was optimized in the light of reversal at the condition of load shedding under pump operation, which improve the dynamic control quality. The inherent relation of the water pressure pulsation in the load rejection process was analyzed. The key technical parameter in the transition process were comparative analyzed by field measured data and simulation results, which shows that there was a high degree of coincidence.
