      针对浮球参数对抑制水面蒸发效果的敏感性影响较大的问题,采用正交试验设计方法设计试验,研究了浮球覆盖度、自由系数和浮球直径三个参数与抑制蒸发率的关系,并利用SPSS等数据软件对试验结果进行数据分析。结果表明,覆盖度对浮球抑制蒸发率影响最大,其次为自由系数和浮球直径;随自由系数减小,浮球抑制蒸发率逐渐增大;在自由系数和浮球直径共同作用下,外界空气湿度对浮球的抑制蒸发率影响在逐渐减小,为改造浮球提供了方向。

      Aiming at the problem that the influence of floating ball parameters on the sensitivity of water surface evaporation is larger, orthogonal test design method was used to study the relationship between three parameters and inhibiting evaporation rate, which include floating ball coverage rate, degree of freedom and floating ball diameter. The test data was analyzed by SPSS software. The results show that the greatest influence on the evaporation rate is floating ball coverage, followed by the degree of freedom and the diameter. The degree of freedom is inversely related to the evaporation inhibiting rate of the floating ball. Under the combined action of the degree of freedom and floating ball diameter, the influence of the outside air humidity on the evaporation inhibiting rate is gradually reduced, which provide the direction to reconstruct floating ball.
