      为有效处理多目标调度决策中的复杂问题,提出了一种适用于系统方案优选的基于主观偏好和改进熵权的TOPSIS决策方法。该方法通过多属性决策中专家群体偏好的集结,得到了综合反映专家群体主观偏好的主观权重向量,并提出一种改进熵权法以准确提取客观决策信息,最后综合考虑各候选方案相对于理想方案的接近程度。实例分析表明,长江中游湖泊健康与水库蓄水之间呈现明显的竞争关系,两目标难以同时优化。研究成果可为改善长江中游流域生态环境提供参考。

      In order to effectively deal with the complex problems in multi objective scheduling decision making, a TOPSIS decision making method based subjective preference and improved entropy weight was proposed for scheme selection. The subjective weight vector that comprehensively reflects subjective preference of expert group was obtained through the multiple attribute decision making of expert group preference. Furthermore, an improved entropy weight method was proposed to extract objective decision information more accurately. Finally, the relative closeness of each alternative to the ideal solution was comprehensively considered. The case study shows that there is a competition between lakes health and reservoirs storage in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and the two objectives are difficult to optimize simultaneously. The research results can provide reference for improving ecological environment in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
