      为分析雅安地区洪灾演变历史,搜集整理了清代(1644~1911年)雅安地区的洪灾资料,运用统计和小波分析等方法,分析了雅安地区清代洪灾等级、频次、周期及气候波动等变化规律。结果表明,清代雅安地区洪涝灾害共计80次,平均3.35年发生一次,其中轻度洪灾、中度洪灾、大洪灾和特大洪灾的频次分别为13、48、17、2次;共发生了9次重大洪灾事件,其中1644~1729、1760~1789年为洪灾少发期,1730~1759、1790~1911年为洪灾多发期,从清代早期到末期洪灾频次在整体上有增加的趋势;在空间上,洪灾主要发生在青衣江流域的雨城区、荥经县和天全县境内及大渡河流域的汉源县;洪灾主周期为5、10年,气候以暖期为主,气候冷湿、暖湿、冷暖转型期间洪灾频发。

      By examining the historical data of Ya’an region during 1644 1911, this research conducted statistical analysis and wavelet transform to retrieve the ancient flood information in the Qing Dynasty, including the grading, frequency and periodicity of flooding as well as climate pattern. The results show that flooding occurrences amounted to 80 for the whole 268 years of the Qing Dynasty, once every 3.35 years. The frequency of mild floods, moderate floods, large floods and major floods is 16.25%, 60%, 21.25% and 2.50%, respectively; The moderate floods were mainly, and from early Qing Dynasty to the late, flooding occurred with a fluctuated increase trend and obvious periodic pattern: a period of less flooding during 1644 1729 and 1760 1789, and at high risk of flooding for 1730 1759 and 1790 1911, 9 major flooding events occurred. Flooding occurred mainly in Yucheng District, Yingjing County, Tianquan County of the Qingyi River Basin, and Hanyuan County in the Daduhe River Basin. Flooding in Ya’an region obviously existed a short period of 5 a and 10 a. The climate in the Ya’an region is dominated by warm periods. There was frequent flooding in the periods of cold humid, warm humid and cold warm transformation.
