      微型柱塞泵可为冷却塔水轮机轴承润滑供油,提高油路效率。为分析微型柱塞泵运行情况、工作效率等,建立了柱塞泵三维结构和流域模型图,设定了柱塞泵网格运动边界,载入Fluent进行数值模拟得到了柱塞泵内部压力场分布情况,分析了柱塞泵泵腔压力与进、出油球形阀位移随时间的变化规律。结果表明,泵腔压力随时间分布呈类正弦函数规律,泵腔压力总体趋势由传动柱塞速度决定。研究结果为柱塞泵的推广应用提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The micro plunger pump can supply lubricating oil for the bearing of cooling tower water turbine and improve the oil way efficiency. In order to analyze the running condition and working efficiency of plunger pump, three dimensional structure and flow domain model of the plunger pump were established. The movement boundary of the plunger pump was set up, and the numerical simulation based Fluent was carried out to obtain the distribution of the pressure field of the plunger pump. The change laws of pump chamber pressure and the displacement of the inlet/outlet oil spherical valves with the time were analyzed. The results show that the pressure distribution of the pump chamber with the time appears the sine function. The general trend of the pump chamber pressure is determined by the velocity of the drive plunger. The research results provide reference for the promotion and application of plunger pump.
