      为评价自密实混凝土工作性的影响因素,以坍落度和扩展度及1 h的经时变化为指标,探讨原材料组分(高效减水剂)和配合比参数(砂率、水胶比、胶凝材料用量)对其工作性能的影响。结果表明,聚羧酸、奈系减水剂两者初始工作性相差不大,但聚羧酸减水剂减水率高且混凝土坍落度及扩展度经时损失少;扩展度随砂率先增大后减小,当砂率为52%时,自密实混凝土工作性最强,坍落度损失率和扩展度损失率与砂率呈波动的曲线关系,当砂率为52%时,损失率较小;坍落度随水胶地的增加变化较稳定,扩展度先减少后增大再减少,自密实混凝土获得优良工作性的胶凝材料用量为350 kg/m3。
英文摘要:
      In order to evaluate the performance of influencing factors for self compacted concrete, based on the index of the slump and the expansion degree and 1 hour by time varying, the impact of working performance by proportion of raw material components (high efficiency water reducing agent) and the mix proportion parameters (sand ratio, water/cement ratio, the dosage of gelled material) was discussed. The results show that the polycarboxylic acid water reducer has high water reduction rate and less loss of concrete slump and expansion; The extension degree first increases and then decreases with increase of sand rate; When the sand rate is 52%, the working performance of self compacted concrete is the strongest. The curve between the loss rate of slump and the loss rate of expansion degree is related with the fluctuation of sand rate; When the sand rate is 52%, the loss rate is smaller; The slump is stable with the increase of water glue; The extension degree first reduces and then increases following by decreasing; The self compacted concrete has good working performance when the dosage of gelled material is 350 kg/m3.
