      泥水盾构在穿越江河及海底隧道中应用广泛。良好的泥浆性能和适合地层的泥浆配比决定了泥水盾构的掘进效率和经济成本。针对陆丰核电海底排水隧道泥水盾构泥浆成膜及泥浆配制问题,采用抗盐膨润土代替一般的钠基膨润土,配制了性能良好,能抵抗海水污染的新型泥浆。并通过一套自制的泥浆渗透试验设备,在全风化花岗岩地层中开展三组清水渗透试验,在中粗砂地层开展两组清水泥浆渗透模拟试验,并利用抗盐膨润土在每个地层中各进行一组验证试验。从最终滤水量、超静孔隙水压力、形成泥膜的厚度及泥浆入渗的距离对泥浆成膜进行评判,找到适合本工程的泥浆配比,亦为类似海底泥水盾构工程提供了参考。

      Slurry shield is widely applied in crossing river and submarine tunnel. It’s the good slurry performance and the suitable slurry ratio that determine the tunneling efficiency and the economic cost for slurry shield. The problem that slurry formation and slurry preparation for slurry shield in subsea tunnel was studied through developing a new slurry which had good properties and can resist seawater pollution by using salt tolerant bentonite to replace general sodium bentonite. We developed three groups of permeability test in water with the whole weathered granite formation and two in medium coarse sand respectively, and the test groups in two kinds of stratum using salt bentonite. The formation of the slurry film was judged from the four aspects: the final water loss, super static pore water pressure, the thickness of the slurry and slurry infiltration distance of mud into membrane. Finally, the appropriate slurry proportion of this project was found and a reference to other submarine slurry of shield projects was provided.
