      针对多指标因子的水环境评价问题,采用CRITIC法确定各因子的客观权重,并结合模糊数学评判基本理论构建水质模糊综合评价模型。依据我国《地表水环境评价标准》,选用水体中溶解氧(DO)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、重铬酸盐指数(CODCr)、氨氮(NH3 N)、总磷(TP)、五日生化需氧量(BOD5)、氟化物7种指标作为评价因子,对重庆市水资源规划区长江及嘉陵江干流段9个断面水质进行评价,按照最大隶属度原则确定水质综合评价等级。结果表明,长江及嘉陵江干流段水质多为Ⅰ~Ⅲ类,水质总体较好,但部分断面水质不达标,存在污染现象。通过不同赋权方法评价结果的比较,各断面水质等级基本与实际水质类别相吻合,表明基于CRITIC法赋权的模糊综合评判法在水质评价应用中可行,具有一定的参考性。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at many index factors of water environment evaluation, the CRITIC method was used to determine the objective weight of each factor. And then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of water quality was established by the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics. On the basis of the 《Surface Water Environment Evaluation Standard》 in China, seven index of the DO, CODMn, CODCr, NH3 N, TP, BOD5 and Fluoride were chosen as evaluation factors to evaluate the water quality of water resources planning in the Yangtze River and nine sections of the main stream of Jialing River in Chongqing City. According to the principle of maximum membership degree, the comprehensive evaluation grade of water quality was determined. The results show that the water quality of the Yangtze River and the main stream of the Jialing River belongs to class I Ⅲ, and water quality is good on the whole; But parts of the section water quality do not reach the standard and exists pollution phenomenon. Compared with evaluation results of different weighting methods, it finds that the grade of water quality in each section coincides the actual water quality category basically. Therefore, it shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based CRITIC weighting method is feasible to assess water quality, and has a certain reference.
